So here's a thought?


Are picture books mainly for non-readers? Are they too babyish for older children? 

My answer would be a great big NO! I think there is so much to teach and learn from picture books no matter how old we are.

Last year's World Book Day focused on wordless books throughout the school and we spent a whole week immersed in our choice. Here are some pictures showing just some of the work we created during Book Week. We could easily have worked for another week too....
