In Year Two the teacher and the teaching assistants give verbal feedback to your child throughout the lesson. We believe that immediate feedback gives children the best opportunity to progress. They will write questions to progress them further as well as support and offer guidance if needed.
Teaching staff use a green pen when giving feedback and children respond to this feedback in a red pen.
Teaching staff will also highlight things that the children have done well in gold. We call this: go for gold.
Teaching staff highlight challenges, questions and comments to help progress your child in pink. We call this: think pink.
