Daily Reading- 05.06.2020

For the next couple of days with our reading, there is going to be no '60 Second Challenge'. Instead, I would love for you to engage in one of the ideas from the British Library. You can access this by clicking the image above where there are a whole plethora of original ideas. Could you draw a gruffalo? Make a miniature book? The choices are endless! Maybe you could even watch some of the incredible videos...

Spend 15-20 minutes on an activity for the next couple of days and we will look to build this into our 'reading focus' weekly...

Times Table Rockstars/ Prodigy Maths

While you are completing 20 minutes of learning on here today, it is my job to update your records, change your multiplication tables and update our current league standings in preparation for next week's learning. I will also let you know on next week's Remote Learning screen who won different battles etc. Good luck and I hope you are enjoying being able to use these two programmes...

Afternoon Learning (PE)- 05.06.2020

On a Friday, I love to bring you some ideas of how you can implement 'At Home PE Sessions'. It is really important to keep active and healthy during these times. Have you seen the updated government guidance? As well as going for a run, you can now play golf and tennis...

You can still do Joe Wicks and all of his workouts are available by clicking the image below...

These are more physical fitness workouts.  If not, why not grab a tennis racket now that we can play and try these 'at home drills'...

If not, I have been using these football drill sessions with the sports team I coach. I think they are really good and you only need a small space for them. Click the link below to get started and enjoy Friday!
