History and Geography

This term we are learning all about the history of St Teresa's school.

We will be looking at the scarlett fever outbreak on victoria road, the bombing, the move to newtown, the appeal to save the school building on newtown, the move to the priest house, the move to where we are now.

Could you map out the journey of the school on a map of Ashford?

We noticed from looking through the log-book that the children's summer holidays were in September and not in August. This is due to families working on hop farms during their holidays.
