Sometimes we can feel a little bit chaotic and anxious about things happen around us. Music can be a good form of relaxation and can help you be mindful of how you are feeling.
For this task, you may want to get comfy with a blanket or sit still in a calming place. Listen to the orchestra perfromace of Igor Stravinsky's The Firebird and then complete the response sheet expressing how the music makes you feel. You can do this with a picture, words or even with doodles and colour- there is no right or wrong!
