Show and tell!

Year One, as you loved to share your news with your friends I thought we can continue to have Show and Tell virtually by this class page. If you have something to show or tell, send an email to one of us and we will post it on the class page for all your friends to see.

Hello Zebras,

Georgina has been very busy creating her own theme park! She has been getting her ideas from 'Maddies - Do you Know' show.

Look at what she has made!

Hello Zebras,

I am missing you all very much and hope that you are having fun at home, as well as reading lots and doing your learning!

Mr Wraight and I have been very busy with our animals.  So far we have had 17 new lambs, one of which lives in our kitchen! His mummy couldn't look after him, so he has come to live with us.

We have also bought two black Berkshire pigs, called Pinky and Perky - they are lovely but very smelly!

Pinky and Perky saying hello!

Here is our new friend, Blaise.  He's blind so he has to have special medicine on his eyes.  My daughter Lucy loves to cuddle him, and he loves to take selfies with her!

When the lambs Mummy's can't look after them, they need to be fed from bottles - just like babies!

He's made himself at home, and has made friends with the dogs!

Mr Wraight working hard.

I can't wait to see what all of you have been up to.

Stay safe.

Mrs Wraight x

Hello Zebras!  I hope that you are all enjoying your home learning or learning in school.  I am keeping very busy teaching my two children Tilly and Melissa who are in Year 4 and 6.  I have missed you all making me laugh every day, I miss you stories, your smiles and of course any hugs or high fives!

During our time at home my girls and I made a bug hotel and when collecting pine cones to put inside the hotel my children found this nest.

Can you guess what animal lives inside here?

Picture 1

When looking at the nest I suddenly saw two eyes looking out at me!

All of a sudden a Hazel Dormouse popped out! I was very lucky and was able to take some photographs.  It is so cute!

Have fun and I look forward to seeing more of your lovely photos and messages.
