Welcome to Week 2, Beaver's Class! How are you all? It's Mrs Griffith here. Mr Bradley is going to give you all a call this week to see how are you doing. Thanks for the emails. Remember, Mr Bradley and I are really keen to hear from you - either to submit work you have been doing or just for a chat.
This is the whole week's work, with additional activities you can continue into the holidays, if you like - a lot of it is creative and fun stuff. Please choose to complete AT LEAST one of the Titanic Maths challenges: Story and problems OR Lifeboat data handling tasks (all resources will be needed) and AT LEAST one of the TITANIC writing tasks - all are different and you can choose according to your interests. Have a quick look at all of them before you decide and follow the directions in the relevant powerpoint. Please note the newspaper task is given in TWO powerpoints. PLEASE SCROLL DOWN TO SEE ALL YOUR CHOICES. Please email the finished Maths and English task you have chosen on Wednesday. I hope you will enjoy choosing what you'd like to do so you can produce one really good piece of work by Wednesday. All the other ideas are are there for you to choose from if you'd like. Have a look, there are some very creative ideas!
I (Mrs Griffith) have organised your work this week so if you have questions about it, email me with your queries. Remember, I have uploaded a variety of tasks for you to choose from this week.
Enjoy the week. Kind regards,
Mr Bradley and Mrs Griffith (updated 27/03/2020)
